Gowans, who was speaking at the Ministry of Education and Skills Development - Kgatleng Regional Excellence Awards Ceremony held at Phaphane Primary school in Mochudi recently said it is also important for both teaching and non-teaching staff to be inspired so as to maintain high productive levels in order to complement government’s concerted efforts at improving education.
