New location of Debswana Head Office and other services in Gaborone
10 May 2012

We wish to inform our valued stakeholders that all of Debswana Diamond Company's offices in Gaborone have been consolidated at Plot 64288 along Airport Road in Block 8 (adjoining Diamond Trading Company Botswana), Gaborone. This includes Debswana Head Office (which was at Debswana House in the Main Mall) and Debswana Shared Services (previously located at Plot 121, Gaborone Finance Park, near Kgale Mews).

The name of our Block 8 premises will be changed from Debswana Technical Services Centre to Debswana Corporate Centre. Plot 64288 was previously gazetted as a Precious Stones Security Area which has now been revoked, as such plans are currently underway to discontinue the security permits required to access the new Debswana Corporate Centre. However, security permits are still required for all persons visiting the adjoining Diamond Trading Company Botswana (DTCB) premises on Plot 63016.

Debswana and DTCB share a common entrance/exit portal for employees and visitors which is resourced by security personnel. Therefore, we kindly request persons visiting Debswana to report to the main entrance reception area and identify themselves as such to the security personnel on duty for assistance.

As a result of these changes, the Registered Office address for the following companies shall change from 5th Floor, Debswana House, Main Mall, Gaborone to 1st Floor, Debswana Corporate Centre, Plot 64288, Airport Road, Block 8, Gaborone with effect from Monday 14th May 2012:

*Debswana Diamond Company (Proprietary) Limited
*Morupule Colliery Limited (trading as Morupule Coal Mine)
*Sesiro Insurance Company (Proprietary) Limited
*Broadhurst Primary School (Proprietary) Limited

Our mailing address, telephone and fax numbers remain the same.

We thank you for your support and cooperation.
