Debswana Diamond Company Managing Director Mr. Andrew Maatla Motsomi earlier today at the 9th Botswana International University of Science & Technology Graduation Ceremony awarded P10, 000.00 each, to Class of 2024 Best Student in Bachelor of Engineering – Chemical Engineering, Othusitse David Molaodi, and Best Student in Bachelor of Engineering – Mining Engineering, Michael Leatile Gaborone.
The ceremony which was held under the theme ‘Bridging Academia with Industry: Navigating Entrepreneurial Excellence in STEM’, was graced by the Acting President of the Republic of Botswana, His Honour, Mr. Slumber Tsogwane, who gave the keynote adress. Minister of Education and Skills Development, Honourable Dr. Douglas Letsholathebe was also addressed the graduates.
