​BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, THE ADVICE I WOULD OFFER IS:

• Always fully apply yourself when given a role; opportunities will present themselves to you.
• Confidence will take you a long way.
• If you find yourself comfortable in your role, then something is wrong.
• Mining must always keep an engineer on his/her toes to achieve consistent extraordinary results.

WHAT COULD MY FUTURE HOLD?

Gaining more experience and exposure in operations. I love the leadership (mining management) roles. I am a miner at heart, therefore anything that allows me to leverage my leadership and technical skills.​​
