Livingstone House recently hosted the Senior and Middle Primary Prize Giving Ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of its students. In her keynote speech, Head of School, Ms. Onkemetse Strydom, expressed gratitude to parents for their support and emphasized the importance of awards in boosting student motivation, self-esteem, and accomplishment.
She reaffirmed the school’s commitment to academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and positive behavior, fostering a supportive environment. Strydom encouraged students to take pride in their achievements and use them as a foundation for future success. She also acknowledged the vital role of staff in shaping learners’ futures. Dr. Orapeleng Katse, PTA Chairperson, highlighted the importance of parental involvement in education and praised the school for recognizing both academic and extracurricular achievements, promoting a well-rounded approach.
