Two Rivers Hotel is a modern hotel Situated in Kazungula within the Chobe area. It is a jointly owned company by Rosemary Ntonda and Watson Ntonda. The hotel provides 32 exquisite en suite rooms with amenities such as a conference facility. bar and restaurant, swimming pool and a lounge area. When the hotel opened its doors in 2023, Rosemary noted that she faced challenges of being new in the hotel business and was eager to learn how to manage a hospitality company.
Mr and Mrs Ntonda enrolled for Tokafala in July 2023 and learnt how to develop effective online promotional strategies which has assisted them to access the international market. Additionally, they were guided on how to develop a profitable pricing strategy whilst managing their costs. The company has managed to revamp their website and other online platforms, leading to an increase of revenue by 52%. They added four (4) staff members to support 32 employees in total.
